For about 2 years, the Foundation has Mehnert Benjamin continued collaboration Scooby Medina for the rescue and relocation of hundreds of Greyhounds. Last year, Scooby took approximately about 200 greyhounds were sent from the premises of the Foundation after being rescued until Scooby facilities for its imminent adoption by various European associations with the pioneering partnership that works.
Upon receipt of notices of redemption and FBM can not accommodate any greyhound in their facilities more, given the saturation that arises in many years where dates are increased dropouts, Scooby agrees to take care of these animals, after performance of the Foundation.

In these cases, Mehnert Benjamin Foundation is responsible for carrying out the rescue and salvage of these Greyhounds, leads to their facilities where they follow the protocol of the FBM: go through hair and deworming, for veterinary surgery and underwent a vaccination specific. Once they have passed these checks and have been fed and well, come in different sizes for installations of Scooby Medina in the not too distant future, go home to their prospective owners.

If these disappear collaboration agreements, the Foundation could not take care of these animals in times of saturation in the Recovery Center and could not help them Greyhounds, which would end up stranded. These moments are becoming increasingly saturated as the continuous wave of dropouts is growing out of control in Andalusia and the foundation is collapsing and unable to take the highest daily number of abandoned Greyhounds.

And Scooby Medina, Fermin Perez as President, has over 20 years dedicated to the protection of animals and the denunciation of the atrocities that happen in Spain with the Greyhounds. His activity and know-how is a reference for members of the Benjamin Foundation Mehnert always betting on a job well done.
